How to Access Your Vivio Portal Client Account

Whether you're a new Vivio client or have been with us awhile, you will use our client Portal at one time or another. Portal is our new, easy-to-use account profile for customers to easily open tickets, update their payment information, and review their services.

How to Create an Account in Portal

Creating an account is as simple as using our Create Account page, or through the checkout process on a new order.

Create Account Page

  1. Navigate to the Create Account page. You can also get there from the main menu by hovering over login, and clicking the Create Account button.
  2. Then, simply fill out all the required information on the signup form, and click the Create Account button to submit it. Required fields are notated with an asterisk.

  3. Once the form is submitted, you'll be given a link to sign into your new account.

Checkout

These steps assume you've added products to your Cart already.
  1. In step 2 of the checkout process you'll be given the option to select whether you are a new customer or a returning customer.

  2. Then, simply fill out all the required information on the signup form, and click the Create Account button to submit it. Required fields are notated with an asterisk.

  3. Your new account will be automatically logged in, and you may now proceed to step 3 for your Payment Information

How to Log in to Portal

To login to Portal, visit https://portal.viviotech.net. Fill in your login name and password, and select "Login."

Note: If you are a current client with us, you already have an account in Portal. If you haven't started using it yet, feel free log in with your Client ID number, or to email us and we can tell you your username so you can login.

How to Reset Your Password

If you forget your password, don't sweat it. Simply go to https://portal.viviotech.net and select "Reset Password." It will give you the option to reset it by emailing you a reset code. This code will quickly expire, so proceed with the process right away. Keep in mind you will need to know the email on file or username to request a reset of your password.

Here are some password guidelines to help you out:

  • Rules:

    • Password must contain 12 characters or more

    • Password must not be the same as the username

  • Suggestions:

    • Password could contain one lower-case letter

    • Password could contain one upper-case letter

    • Password could contain one number

    • Password could contain one special character (!@#$%^&*?_~)

We also recommend using phrases, such as 'Vivio is gr8! I like knowing my account is Secure', as well as using poor spelling to discourage dictionary attacks; eg: 'Y? 'Cuz I Reelee lik mi prYvacee.'.
