All your credentials for Vivio services are stored within your Portal account.  This article will guide you through the steps to find the credentials you need to access your services.

Assumptions

This article assumes you have ordered services through Vivio's ordering process.  It is during this process that your Vivio Portal username and password was created, and you'll need to remember those credentials to access your account.

If you do NOT remember what your username and password were set to, you can use the "Reset Password" link on the https://portal.viviotech.net/admin/ URL and use your email address to have a new, temporary password sent to your registered email address.  If you need further assistance with this, please see How to reset your Portal password.

Step 1: Log in to Portal

Open your favorite web browser and go to the following URL: Vivio Client Portal

Using the username and password that were created during the ordering process, enter your username into the "Username" field, and password into the "Password" field.  Once logged in, you should see something similar to the following screen:

Step 2: Find Your Service

Next, you will need to locate your service.

In the left-hand menu, open up the "Billing & Services" drop-down list, then click on the "View Services" link.  This will take you to a page that shows your active services.  Please note that some services like FTP, Email, Lucee, and/or Coldfusion can be "child services" and are listed under a "parent service".  You should see something similar to the following screen:

In the screen shot above, you can see a list of "parent services".  If the service you are looking for is a "child service" like FTP, Email, Lucee, and/or Coldfusion, you will need to click the [+] button on the "parent service" first.

Once you have found your service, click on the blue link for that service.

Step 3: Find Your Password

For this example, we will use a cPanel Shared Hosting account.

Once you've clicked on the link for your service, you can see all the specific details of your service on the following page, including your access information, as shown in the following screenshot:

If you need additional help, please feel free to talk to us by creating a ticket in your Vivio Portal.
