How to log in to Portal:

1. To login to Portal, visit https://portal.viviotech.net. 
   

2. Your username is the username you provided when first creating your account. It is not the email address associated with your account unless you specifically chose that when creating your account. Alternatively, you can use your Client ID number as your username
   

   Vivio recommends that you not use your email address as the username for security reasons. Having trouble remembering your username? Contact our staff and we can change if for you!

   
   

3. Next, enter your password. Please note that if you do not know your password, do not repeatedly attempt to log in with guessed passwords as you may lock your account. Instead, perform a password reset.
4. Once you have entered your username and password, click the 'Login' button.
