Before you get started:
A PayPal subscription makes a recurring monthly or annual payment for the subscription payment amount. This payment method is a set dollar amount that charges automatically. It does not automatically adjust to the amount due on an invoice.
If you make changes to the services on your account, for example, by adding more resources to your VPS, your invoice amount will be different than your PayPal subscription. In this event, the best option is to cancel the existing PayPal subscription and set up a new one for the new recurring amount.
Step-by-step guide
Here are the steps you'll need to take:
Step 1: Log in to the Vivio Client Portal. For more information see: How to access your Vivio Portal client account.
Step 2: Select "Billing & Services", then select "Paypal Subscriptions"
Step 3: Select "CREATE PAYPAL SUBSCRIPTION"
Step 4: In the new pop-up that opens, select "Annually" or "Monthly" in the "Period" drop-down menu at the top.
Step 5: Select the services that you'd like to include in your new PayPal subscription.
Step 6: Select "Create Subscription" on the bottom right-hand corner. This pop-up will close.
Step 7: In the new PayPal pop-up that opens, log in to your PayPal account and complete the subscription set up.
Step 8: After the PayPal subscription set up is complete, you will see a confirmation message at the top of your screen and your new PayPal subscription will be listed, as shown in the example below:
Note: You can make changes or cancel your PayPal subscription(s), or create a new PayPal subscription through this Paypal Subscriptions page.
