This article explains how to view any current or cancelled services within your Vivio Portal account. Within your account, you can review service information, your current SysOps Support time balance, service renewal dates, and more!

 

Step 1: Open your favorite web browser and log into your Vivio Portal account at the following URL: Vivio Client Portal

Step 2: In the menu on the left-hand side, under "Billing & Services", select "View Services". 


Step 3: The default view on this page is "Current Services". With this setting, you can view all of the active recurring services on your Vivio account.

Looking for an old service? To view the cancelled services on your account, select "All Services" from the dropdown menu. This setting shows the active and deactivated services on your account. 


Step 4: Select the link for the service that you would like to view. Expand nested services by clicking on the "+" sign, as shown below.


About Service pages: 

After you click the link for a service, your browser will open to a page that is similar to the one pictured below:

Service Information:

The top part of this page shows information about your services and your billing information. To view your invoices, see: How to View Your Invoices in Portal

The "Parent Services" or "Child Services" section (depending on the service page you are viewing), link to other dependent services. These linked pages will have details about your server resources, backup plan, operating system, control panels, and more. In the above example, you can see the CPU, RAM and Storage services for this server are shown in blue. Clicking on a blue link will take you to the information page for that service. Clicking on the link, "Velocity CPU - Per Vcore", for example, will show how many cores are on this server and their cost breakdown. If you have a Window's server, selecting "Operating System - Windows - Velocity", is where you will find your RDP port information and credentials to log into RDP. 


Server Details:

This section of the page shows your server credentials. Clicking "show" will reveal your current password.

Custom Fields:

The "Custom Fields" section is at the bottom of your service information page and lists details necessary to set up or connect to your services. Information such as your name servers, SSH and RDP ports, and more will be found here.
