In the left-hand menu, open up the "Billing & Services" drop-down list, then click on the "View Services" link. This will take you to a page that shows your active services. You should see something similar to the following screen: 
In the screen shot above, you can see there is a Standard Managed Shared Hosting account listed at the top, along with other services. Click on the blue link associated with your "Managed Shared" service.
