- First, log in to the client portal. If you need assistance with this, please see the article How to add or manage a credit card on fileaccess your Vivio Portal client account.
- To add a card on file, select “Payment Methods” under Client Profile.
- Click “Add Credit Card” and enter your payment information. Your name, address, phone number, and email should populate automatically. Just double-check to make sure everything is correct, and check the “I give authorization…” box. Note that the Issue Number should usually be left blank.
- Once the card has been added successfully, you should see a notification box at the top that says, “Success: Credit Card Added.”
